Debut novel by Devin Sawyer brings us a first love to second chance romance between Torren and Arianne.

The books starts with their first encounter through to teenage love, heartbreak and life altering decisions which impact both their lives.

Less than midway through the novel, Torren and Arianne reunite after 8 years and the two rekindle their relationship with some misunderstandings and mistrust along the way.

The characters were likeable and I felt an instant like for Torren. I really enjoyed the storyline although I think there could have been a little more depth as I felt the 2nd half a little rushed. Their road to a HEA was a rough one but well worth all the heartbreak and pain

I look forward to reading more from Devin as she hones her craft and gets a few more books out in the world. Bravo!
