Willow Winters provided me an ARC for a giveaway I was hosting on on Instagram so I asked if she would provide me a copy to review. Omg, this book was sooooo good! I finished this book feeling drunk in love with Jase Cross. Talk about a major book hangover!

Bethany Fawn is suffering from the tragic murder of her older sister Jenny. When she doesn’t get the answers she wants regarding her sister’s death she takes matters into her own hands. She goes looking for answers at Jase Cross’ club. There he sees Bethany on his security monitors and is intrigued.

This story is full of mystery, suspense and hotness! I loved their characters. Beth is strong and confident even though internally she fears Jase’s dominant & powerful persona. I love that you get a glimpse of the sweetness Jase can be.

“I don’t want you to be alone either.”

Their chemistry is so sexy!! The fire between Jase and Beth is scorching!

“With every thrust against his bedroom wall, he forced air from my lungs. He took it, he made it his. The air, my body…and more.”

To cure this book hangover I really need to get my hands on book 2! Willow leaves us hanging in this book 😩 I am so pleased to have discovered Willow’s books last year. She is an exceptional writer and definitely knows how to keep her readers hooked! I loved this book! 5+ stars for Jase & Beth’s story!

I saw her from across the bar.
My bar. My city. Everything in that world belonged to me.
She stood out from the crowd like she was looking for someone to blame for her pain.

That night, I felt the depths of my mistakes. I felt my scars. With a single glance, I knew her touch would take it all away. I craved it more than anything.

I knew she would be a tempting, beautiful mistake.
One I would make again and again… even if it cost me everything.
